Swiss residence permit under the lump-sum taxation agreement

The REVERA team accompanied the process of obtaining a Swiss residence permit on the basis of a lump-sum agreement starting from the strategy set-up and straight through to the receipt of the residence permit cards.

Implementation of the project involved several stages:

  1. analysis of the client's expenses to determine the fixed tax base;
  2. negotiations with the tax authorities of the Canton of Vaud;
  3. signing the lump sum agreement between the client and the tax authorities of the Canton of Vaud for a period of 5 years;
  4. obtaining a tax residency certificate to avoid double taxation;
  5. advising on the migration procedure and receiving residence permit cards.

In order to successfully complete the procedure, the applicants had to visit Switzerland twice: to submit biometrics at the municipality and to obtain residence permit cards.

A special feature of the project was the need to analyze the client's expenses and negotiate with the tax authorities in such a way that the annual fixed tax would be as low as possible.

Moreover, it was necessary to prepare supporting documents that would allow not only the client but also his co-dependents to obtain residence permits.
