Sensor Tower acquires AppMagic: REVERA advised on the transaction
Sensor Tower, one of the world’s leading providers of digital intelligence and mobile market analytics, has acquired AppMagic, an analytics platform for mobile games and applications. REVERA Law Group acted as legal counsel to AppMagic in the transaction.

AppMagic was founded by Maxim Samorukov in 2016. The platform is used by developers, publishers, and investors to analyse the mobile and PC gaming market, conduct competitive analysis, and evaluate product and investment strategies. According to the company, AppMagic tracks more than 15 million apps, over 5 million publishers, and over 130,000 games and DLCs on Steam.
Following the completion of the deal, AppMagic will become a part of Sensor Tower’s product portfolio, as a solution targeting the small and medium-sized business segment. Sensor Tower notes that the acquisition will expand access to market intelligence and competitive analytics tools for SMB teams and indie developers.
Sensor Tower is considered one of the most prominent players in the mobile app intelligence and mobile gaming analytics space, alongside data platforms used across the broader mobile ecosystem. Its analytics are widely used by international brands, app developers, game studios, and industry media.
