We carried out a restructuring of a major group of companies comprising over 20 legal bodies. The project involved a set of negotiations with banks on debt restructuring.

Advising to EBRD with regard to a prospective programme for the financial support of small and mid-sized businesses and environmental protection. The services involved interaction with main regulatory authorities, comprehensive analysis of models of provision of gratuitous financing (in particular, taxation matters and international obligations of the Republic of Belarus), and delivery of a comprehensive summary.

Legal support for Bauer Technics a.s., a Czech general contractor, constructing a ‘turnkey’ pig complex for Borysov Meat Factory OJSC with an investment volume of 35 million euros.
Defending Bauer Technics a.s. in IAC under the BelCCI
Representing Bauer Technics a.s. in the International Arbitration Court under the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a dispute with Borysov Meat Factory involving collection of VAT sums in excess of contract sum. The complexity and uniqueness of this case was in that there was no similar judicial practice in Belarus prior to it.

Consulting services to a global leader in the production of high-pressure tanks for the purpose of founding a joint Belarusian-Czech enterprise with Belarusian Metallurgic Plant. The project was implemented using 2 preferential regimes: Vitebsk free economic zone and an investment agreement with the Republic of Belarus.
Cylinders Holding
Advising to Cylinders Holding, a major Czech commercial company having a subsidiary in the Republic of Belarus, with regard to providing of a secured loan (EUR 6,500,000) from Czech bank, including analysis of loan agreement and issuance of a legal opinion on borrower’s legal capacity.
Vanuatu citizenship based on investment in the economy
Guiding a family with children in obtaining Vanuatu citizenship on terms of investment in the local economy.

Supporting construction of 4 auto centres in Minsk and Belarusian regions.
VERTIV
REVERA’s team prepared a multi-million contract for the supply and assembly of equipment between the US-based VERTIV company and “Belarusian Cloud Technologies” JLLC (BeCloud). We focused on preparing a bilingual supply and assembly contract, supporting negotiations and contract execution.
