Judicial and Arbitral Methods of Dispute Resolution

The second webinar of the series.

As part of a cross-country webinar, experts will present the practical aspects of debt recovery through state courts: the choice of procedure, associated costs, handling of evidence and documentation, and the use of interim measures.

Special focus will be given to out-of-court mechanisms for resolving commercial disputes — namely, commercial arbitration. Participants will discuss the features of key arbitral institutions, applicable fees, and requirements for representatives across six jurisdictions.
