Advises on digital projects and provides guidance on the application of US and EU law, as well as the laws of a number of national jurisdictions, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Digital Services Act and the EU AI Act. Prepares and sends DMCA notices and counter-notices, represents clients in domain name disputes under the UDRP and CDRP rules before ADR Forum, and develops legal positions in platform disputes through Google Play.
