Proffessional Experience
Gleb specialises in dispute resolution and intellectual property matters, with particular emphasis on EU and US IT/IP law.
He handles DMCA takedown notices and counternotices, conducts domain name disputes under the UDRP, URS and CDRP procedures (before WIPO and the ADR Forum), and represents clients in platform disputes involving Google Play, the App Store, Meta and other major services.
A separate area of his practice concerns the legal regulation of artificial intelligence: issues of authorship and the protectability of AI-generated content, liability arising from its use, as well as advising start-ups at the launch stage and developing compliance frameworks in line with EU and US legal requirements, including the EU AI Act, the DSA, the E-Commerce Directive and other applicable regulatory regimes.
