- Participates in the legal support of M&A transactions and business structuring involving foreign companies, including in the IT sector and crypto-assets.
- Works on the incorporation and restructuring of international corporate structures in the jurisdictions of Cyprus, Malta, Portugal and Poland.
- Analyses international regulatory requirements, including substance and CASP licensing.
- Handles projects related to the formalisation of rights to shares and participatory interests, protecting clients’ interests in cross-border relations involving the USA, the EU and Belarus.
